Project Oman
Situated on the southeastern coast of the Arabian Peninsula, Oman has become a focal point for economic growth, primarily driven by its dynamic construction industry. This sector has played a pivotal role in shaping Oman's infrastructure and economy, with a focus on strategic investments in road networks, airports, ports, and railways.
The rising population resulted in a booming residential construction sector. In addition, Oman's strategic location has positioned it as an attractive hub for businesses, fostering a flourishing commercial real estate sector with modern facilities for both local and international companies.
The Omani government's commitment to economic diversification is evident through significant investments in the construction sector, supported by initiatives like Tanfeedh and Vision 2040. Sustainability has become a key focus, with the adoption of green building practices aligned with international standards. As well as technological advancements, including BIM, drones, and AI, are transforming the construction landscape, enhancing efficiency, and reducing costs.
With continued government support, a commitment to sustainability, and ongoing technological advancements, Oman's construction market holds promise for sustained growth and competitiveness.
